The FixedFunds Program® is a collaboration between PIR and our private lender participants. We don’t work with every accredited investor who shows interest in the FixedFunds Program®…we’re looking for folks who share certain mindsets that we feel are critical to the success of this kind of collaboration.
Please review the list of mindsets below and see if they match the way you see the world. We don’t expect you to be an exact match to every part of this list, but we do use this list as a guide to help us choose the accredited investors we invite to enroll in the FixedFunds Program®.

3.) Third, complete our Expression of Interest Form.
Now that you understand what we look for in our PIR FixedFunds Program® participants and you’ve been through our video overview of the PIR FixedFunds Program®, you should have a good sense for whether this program is a fit for you.

4.) Fourth, join us for a Zoom® call where we’ll answer all your questions.
As soon as you submit your FixedFunds Program® Expression of Interest Form, we’ll contact you to schedule a half-hour discussion via Zoom® with Steve Kreitzberg, President of PIR. At the end of this meeting, if both you and PIR are ready to work together, we’ll email you the FixedFunds Program™ Enrollment Materials. We look forward to working with you!
